Job Description
As a BIM Engineer, you will report to the Senior Design Engineer and be responsible for the successful implementation and management of BIM processes in the construction field, specifically focusing on Building Services, Airconditioning, and Mechanical (M&E, ACMV) works. You will collaborate closely with the design department to ensure compliance with engineering and safety requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the BIM model throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• To actively participate & contribute towards the completion of Country Growth Plan (ASEAN, Oceania)
• Expand new customers for ASEAN, Oceania
• Expand our SI and distribution network for ASEAN market
• To conduct monthly review with distributors for early project detection & opportunity for ASEAN
• Debt Monitoring & Collections
• Engage in active sales visit with distributors, consultant, SI, Panel Builder and End User.
• Market studies and feedbacks

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of drives, VFDs and its industry applications
• Knowledge in Automation market, OEM applications
• At least 5 years in Sales and Marketing or Business Development
• Experience in product support for pre-sales and post-sales to distributors, OEM, consultants, end users
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales of industrial products
• Able to travel within ASEAN regions

Job Responsibilities

• Customer support for Domestic as well as regional
• To arrange service visiting, install, repair, troubleshooting, and re-location on site.
• To set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations.
• To conduct equipment familiarization training for users.
• To answer service enquiries.
• To attend user’s meetings.
