Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project activities.

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to system performance, security, and connectivity.
• Manage system backups, patches, and updates for both Windows and Linux servers.
• Perform advanced configuration, including user profile management, group policies, and file system permissions.
