About the Role

The Medical Writer and Analyst positions are ideal for those with experience in scientific research and for enthusiastic recent graduates in the sciences who are seeking the opportunity to be part of a growing team. • Market Access: Market access supports timely patient access to drugs and devices, involving the assessment of clinical efficacy and safety alongside costs to determine the value of a therapy within a specific disease area. Market access activities are targeted at a wide range of stakeholders who are instrumental to the successful funding and uptake of novel therapies, such as government bodies, payers, health technology appraisal (HTA) agencies, HCPs, and patients. Our work includes rigorous systematic literature reviews that our Statisticians often use to conduct meta-analyses and network meta-analyses, therefore Analysts in this team work together with our Statisticians to provide seamless scientific and technical support to our clients. The Recruitment Process

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in finance business partnering and FP&A, leading a team with a strong background in cost accounting/ financial analysis/ financial modelling, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Job Description

- Perform closing of monthly accounts

- Perform NAV computation for client accounts

- Trade processing (equities, bonds, structured products, corporate action events) and reconciliations

- Processing of payments and generation of bills

- Assist in regulatory reporting and client reporting

- Deal with various stakeholders such as fund administrators, custodians, investors, brokers, bankers, auditors

The position is responsible to provide transitionary / project support to the Singapore Corporate Accounting Team.

Successful candidate will be placed under a 6-month contract through our dedicated recruitment agency.

Responsibility

Projects / General Ledger / Statutory / Reporting

• Support finance project implementation (Concur, inforSUN)
• Support GST ACAP review
• Support monthly closing and reporting submissions on OneStream
• Support team members on monthly closing activities
• Support interco entries and confirmations

Payments and accounting duties

• Support payment disbursements
• Carry out any other accounting related duties as assigned by Senior Manager and Director of Finance.

• Work closely with Accounting team ensure accurate monthly closing
• Prepare journals for internal cross-charging and other ad-hoc tasks.
• Prepare P/L variance analysis for internal meetings.
• Prepare/submit management reports according to the specified deadlines.
• Monitor actual collections and payments.
• Prepare presentation decks for management meetings and budget meetings.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Finance related qualifications
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
