Main purpose of the job

This role is pivotal in driving strategic financial planning and forecasting to support the achievement of business objectives. It involves a deep collaboration with key business stakeholders to integrate Procurement insights into global strategic plans, annual budgets, and forecasts. A significant responsibility includes developing and overseeing a global procurement benefit methodology that accurately quantifies the procurement organization’s value to the business. Accountabilities and deliverables

1. Leads planning and forecasting activities with key strategic finance business partners to achieve business and company goals. Manages the process, which provides financial input of the procurement function into the long-term regional and global strategic financial business plans, the annual budgets, and any other forecasts.

2. Owns the global procurement benefit methodology, which clearly defines and quantifies the additional value the procurement organization is bringing to the business. Your Role

This role reports to Head of Finance with the following responsibilities:

Your Profile

• At least 10 years or more years of accounting and financial analysis experience in relevant sectors (e.g. REIT, real estate or asset management) with prior audit experience. Recent years in managerial position level or experience in a regional head office position are prerequisite.
• Degree in finance/accounting/business or equivalent qualification and preferably a Certified Accountant.
• Knowledge of SGX reporting and group consolidation are essential.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
