Roles & Responsibilities

· Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for medical instruments, devices, consumables, and other supplies. Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare procurement.

Familiarity with stock inventory management systems (e.g., SCMS) is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with an ability to secure favorable terms.
