Marketing Operations Executive
Job Description:
The Marketing Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes, systems, and technologies that support the marketing department's activities. This role ensures that marketing campaigns are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with the company's overall objectives.
The Marketing Operations Executive works closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and analytics, to streamline operations, track performance, and improve campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Automation:
- Develop and implement processes for creating, executing, and
analyzing marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the development, deployment, and tracking of email
marketing, social media, and other digital campaigns.
Data Management & Analytics:
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g.,
lead generation, conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs).
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign
effectiveness and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the data and analytics teams to ensure accurate data
collection and reporting.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously assess and improve marketing workflows, systems, and
tools to increase efficiency.
- Implement best practices for lead management, campaign tracking,
and reporting.
- Ensure marketing operations align with sales and customer success
processes to enhance lead nurturing and conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure
seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business goals.
- Communicate marketing performance and operations insights to key
stakeholders.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for marketing
operations activities.
- Monitor and report on the marketing operations budget to ensure
cost-effectiveness.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure that all marketing activities comply with PDPA
- Promote and enforce the adoption of best practices and marketing
standards across the team.
