RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the Community Health Department, providing administrative and logistical support to our Service Points that provide day care and dementia day care services for seniors requiring personal care while their family/caregivers are at work or needing rest.

Facilities & Operations:

Support Centre Supervisor and Admin Manager in efficient and smooth running of the Service Points:

• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of facilities, liaising with vendors on maintenance matters.
• Upkeep of first aid supplies and fire-fighting equipment. Ensure reception and meeting rooms readiness at start and end of the day.

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Property Executive duties and responsibilities include planning and executing strategies for completing property management, periodic preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and maintenance projects within KPI and in a timely manner. · Responsible for other administration works: taking notes/minutes at meetings; devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, arranging travel and accommodation, support in tracking spend

· Plans and schedules meetings, conference calls, high profile offsite or in-house conferences involving key executives of the BUs. Coordinates logistics for these meetings and conferences with minimum supervision.
