The incumbent will support the Foundation’s delivery of healthcare service focusing on AP/AR.

AP roles:

• Responsible for invoice and payment processing
• Review and check vendor invoices received. Update to Purchase Orders/ Purchase Journals in financial system. Ensure expense code, department code, project code and fund codes are captured correctly.
• Liaise with vendor and internal party to follow up and resolve discrepancies between invoiced amount and receipt amount.
• Process approved vendor invoices for payment via Giro and/or other E-payment mode and send payment advices to vendors.
• Generate monthly vendor ledger listing to facilitate the reconciliation of vendor ledger to their Statement of Account.
• Perform monthly review of existing Purchase Orders to ensure that purchases of goods are delivered and invoices are duly received by Finance.
• Prepare general ledger journal and monthly closing activities.
• Prepare bi-weekly cashflow projection and monthly reports including creditors' aging, outstanding PO and accruals schedule.
• Review journals, reports and reconciliations prepared by peers.
• Assist in FA and inventory management duties including inspection exercises.
• Assist in annual audit, asset, inventory and cash counts when required.
• Participate in Finance system enhancement initiatives.

AR Roles:

Process One-Time Donation received through Business Reply Envelops

• Complete one-time donation processing within the 3 days time frame upon receipt
• Ensure accurate Credit Card collections per donation forms received
• Verify details in donation forms against enclosed cheque received and prepare for daily batched bank-in
• Generate and send Daily Batch Report to Donations Relations (DR) Staff for internal reconciliation
• Reconcile entries in Donation Management System with bank statement

Cash counting with DR staff

• Conduct count on cash donations collected together with Donations Relations Staff
• Ensure accurate record on count sheet for cash collected with proper sign off

Prepare Tax and non-Tax Receipts from Donation Management System

• Print receipts from system upon request by DR after reconciliation completed in system

Support Donation Tools Management

• Involvement in new Donation System data migration and UAT

Qualifications:

• Diploma /Bachelor in Accountancy or Accounting/Business related discipline
• 2-3 years of Accounting/Finance experience

The Role

This position will be responsible for maintaining the accounts of assigned portfolio of companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of the Accounts Receivables (AR) and General Ledger (GL) functions for portfolio of properties.
• Ensure timely billing to clients and compliance with AR procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit and credit notes.
• Responsible for monthly accounts closing, preparation of quarterly audit schedules, monthly bank reconciliation and monthly management reporting.
• Liaise with the overseas finance team for the submission and analysis of reports and for the group’s year-end audit matters.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting exercises, annual audit process, and tax filing matters as well as any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Other duties include implementing SAP in phases for newly acquired or incorporated investment holding companies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy and its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Well-versed in SFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge will have an added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills as you will be liaising with various parties such as inter-departments, external consultants, property manager and operators.
