6. Record, manage and resolve project issues where necessary, including any variation works that will incur addition cost and time implication.

7. Monitor project progress and performance.

8. Manage consultant input within the project budget.

9. Report to the Project Director monthly on the work progress, project budget & progress claims.

10. Submit monthly progress claims to client.

11. Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Customer Service:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints and suggestions.
• Develop customer service standards and train employees to ensure high-quality service.

Employee Management:

• Recruit, train and manage employees, motivate employees to improve work efficiency and service quality.
• Develop employee assessment and reward system to maintain team morale

Financial Management:

• Responsible for formulating and managing budgets, controlling costs and improving profitability.
• Review financial statements, monitor financial performance and ensure financial health.

Marketing:

• Analyze market trends and competitors and adjust business strategies

Business Development:

• Explore new business opportunities and develop new service items or products.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, partners and other stakeholders.
