This is a 12 month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly management reports for entities under the Private Mobility Group
2. Prepare monthly accounts, including the preparation and post of recurring journal entries
3. Perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet and follow up with variance explanations and resolutions
4. Prepare GST return, corporate tax and deferred taxation and liaise with tax agent to ensure timely filing
5. Engage with external financial auditors and resolving audit, tax and accounting queries
6. Prepare cash flow projections and coordinate inter-companies confirmation within the group for payments and receipts. To work out borrowing requirements and placement of excess cash with holding company
7. Provide sound support to the business stakeholders of the Group
8. Ensure that processes and systems are running in an effective and efficient manner
9. Assist in preparation of annual budgets and presentations
10. Assist in testing activities for the new financial system implementation
11. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant with at least a degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification

2. External audit experience with Big 4 a plus

3. Advanced Excel and Power Point

4. Experience in SAP and BPC would be highly advantageous

5. Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment

7. Strong analytical skills and attention to details

8. Open to learning and exposed to various functions within the Finance department

Supporting financial management responsibilities, including the preparation of management accounts, financial and statutory reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will assist in the preparation and annual review of budgets and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A degree in accountancy, finance, or a professional certification (CA/CPA/ACCA).
• Proven experience in financial accounting within the Food & Beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely allocation of funds, monitor bank accounts, and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Prepare Cash Flow Forecast and Weekly budgeting
• Assist in preparing financial statements, GST, and FY filings.
• Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Review and process staff and company expenses in line with established policies.
• Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with other departments on finance-related matters.

Our client is a global MNC in Industrial Waste Management industry. They are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:

• Collaborate with the commissioning team to inspect, test, and repair equipment as needed.
• Support maintenance work planning and scheduling alongside the engineer.
• Assign and track individual tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Maintain adequate inventory of tools, supplies, and parts for effective equipment repairs.
• Perform mechanical fitting tasks, including alignment, grinding and cutting.
• Servicing, repairing, and overhauling equipment such as pumps and blowers when required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Min 3 - 5 years’ maintenance experience in similar industries such as Water Treament, Chemical and Oil & Gas
