6. To carry out any necessary maintenance duties on the GCMS which fall outside of the yearly PM or breakdown call outs.

7. To report and resolve any breakdowns to equipment vendor keeping downtime to a minimum.

8. To liaise with the Senior Perfumer on any aspect of project work where necessary to meet the required deadlines.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.

2. Diploma or higher educational qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

· Support daily compensation activities, including reviewing transactions in the HR system, and performing data analysis and reporting.

· Contribute to compensation processes, such as bonus planning, annual salary reviews, equity planning, and promotions.

· Perform market research and analysis to validate compensation recommendations with data-driven insights.

· Offer compensation support to HR teams and business units as needed.

· Ensure adherence to global policies and guidelines.

· Assist with global, regional, and local projects as required.

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
