You are reporting to the Senior Principal, IATA Consulting & Certifications for the Asia Pole. You work alongside a brilliant team of highly talented Consultants and Subject Matter Experts from diverse culture, backgrounds, and nationalities. The role is regional.

What your day would be like

You are responsible for supporting the delivery of aviation consulting projects and business development activities globally with a focus on the Asia Pacific and North Asia regions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Support business acquisition initiatives

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare administrative and qualification documents.
• Participate in commercial meetings.
• Liaise with IATA central, regional and local teams as required.

2. Manage and deliver consulting projects

• Lead internal and external Consultants and Subject Matter Experts assigned to the project as required.

3. Contribute to the internal and external promotion of IATA Consulting and Certifications

• Participate in promoting Consulting and Certifications activities at various events, conferences, and forums to generate awareness and increase the uptake of consultancy services.
• Support the organization of IATA social events.

Note: The incumbent is expected to spend about 70% of his / her time on project management and delivery.

The job:

You will conduct day to day underwriting and related tasks as part of the Major Accounts Division (MAD) in Singapore. You will be focused on Financial Lines products across all of Chubb's distribution channels.

Based in Singapore, the APAC Digital Accounting team has an opening for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the regional accounting for fixed fee content and video-on-demand. The role will also support controllership activities of Amazon Digital, including supporting regional expansion projects, annual statutory audits and other regulatory reporting requirements. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with Tax, Legal, Finance and Tech teams for Amazon Digital matters and will support business initiatives including restructures and product launches in new markets, as the business continues to expand.
