Responsibilities
· You will be part of a team of Customer Service Executives in delivering product updates and information to our valued customers via making outbound calls. You will be responsible for meeting performance targets set by the Team Leader, whom you will be reporting to.
· Make outbound calls to customers to provide product updates and information by following prescribed script and FAQ
· Achieve individual and team performance KPIs and goals
· Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with customers
· Gather customer feedback and sentiments and escalate to the Team Leader for further actions
· Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
Highlight any potential concerns/ risks and proactively share best risk management practices
Skills/Requirement
· Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound call centres
· Insurance background will be preferred
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma
· Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
· A good team player with ability to multitask and meets stringent service standards
· Well organized and systematic in work
· Keen to learn and positive work attitude
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work
· High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
