Job Description:

Management of some export/import shipments

Preparation of invoices and shipping documents using ITAS and Microsoft Excel; process permit if required

Ensure relevant documents are submitted accordingly to various related parties

Handle emails to correspond with suppliers/customers

Coordination with service providers and related internal departments regarding shipments

Liaise with Group’s overseas shipping teams on orders and shipping documentation

Other admin/data entry work as and when required

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant shipping experience, preferably in food / FMCG industries

Your Role
