Attachment Description

The Business Development Manager will lead all business development efforts within the organisation, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities. He / She is required to identify new business opportunities to better meet the needs of existing markets and bring benefits to the organisation.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Formulate business development strategy and in-charge of the entire business development process

2. Develop new networking collaboration channels in assigned territories, market, channels, both online/offline

3. Plan and organise all business development & marketing activities

4. Prepare and deliver pitches to external parties like clients, partners and/or potential investors.

5. To find opportunity to open other market, platform or overseas businesses

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as well as a good work attitude.

2. Find new business ventures that will benefit the company and and enhance the organization's advantages with demands of the current markets.

3. Review marketing effectiveness metrics to improve product offers and corporate competitiveness.

• Position : Quality Assurance Executive (FMCG/Food Exp in Singapore)
• Location : Fishery Port Rd (West - Transport Provided)
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3800 + Meal Allowances + Phone Allowances + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Implementation, administration, updates Quality Assurance manual and procedures, policies, programs and systems.
• Audit and inspect overall factory condition according to AVA, HACCP requirement
• Lead in sustaining SFA- ISO 22000/HACCP yearly surveillance audit
• Report factory daily products safety and hygiene performance, analyse and provide assurance to top Management
• Record all QC documents in factory and whole company
• Analyse quality of raw and finished products
• Establish necessary procedures or work instruction to accommodate inspection needs
• Ensure production process is under control as specification
• Conduct suppliers’ quality audits for compliance, prepare quality and feedback reports.
• Assists in resolving customer quality and safety concerns
• To liaise with authorities (eg, SFA) on related Food Safety / License issues when required.
• Conduct hygiene training, daily inspection of process workers, process rooms and related areas
• In charge of health certificate application and laboratory reports arrangement and maintenance of such records.
• Audit critical categories for quality integrity and food safety.
• Any other QA/QC duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working in Quality and Regulatory related field in Food, preferably from FMCG
• Knowledge of Food/Product regulatory requirement and registration/licensing requirement
• Familiar with manufacturing/sampling processes and retailer QA/QC practices
• Experience in HACCP/ISO 22000 and Food safety is preferable.
• Familiarity/experience in internal auditing is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

Job Scope:

• Configure, initialize, activate, troubleshoot, and restore both hardware and software systems for Digital Signage
• Deliver basic training to operators and technicians of customers.
• Oversee and manage the installation process on-site.
• Conduct system diagnostics and facilitate fault recovery.
• Offer routine and on-demand repair and system services.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have Digital Signage installation/ troubleshoot/ maintenance experience
• Candidates with own transportation is a plus
