· Conduct routine and daily checks on food safety, hygiene, quality, process and general guidelines of Halal requirements in production, supply chain and logistics
· Prepare and maintain food safety, hygiene, quality and process
· Perform daily periodic site walk of whole facility
· Conduct retention samples checks
· Coordinate with microbiological laboratory for sample collection and lab reports.
· Follow-up with Procurement on investigation and corrective actions on raw material complaint / customer feedback.
· Assist in internal audits and support external audits
· Prepare and liaise with warehouse team on export procedures e.g. placement of temperature data logger device.
· Perform basic troubleshoot and liaise with external vendors for routine servicing and issue follow up
