Call Centre Officer

Duration: 6 months contract

Working hours: Any 5 days per week

Mondays to Fridays: 9 am to 6 pm

Location: Kallang

Job Scope:

• Respond to a high volume of incoming customer calls through an automated phone system.
• Initiate outbound calls to patients, referrals, and sales contacts as necessary.
• Employ available resources to diagnose and resolve patient concerns or problems.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Call center experience preferred
