• To design a pipe network system, mechanical layout and installation details
• To prepare detailed support required in the installation
• To apply authorities code and guidelines in design

• To produce tender drawings, bill of quantities and other documents during tender
• To produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and all required submissions

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated individual to join our events management company as a Trainee Creative Designer. This traineeship position offers an excellent opportunity to build your own portfolio, work closely with our experienced in-house design lead and gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of event design. As our company is rapidly expanding, we are determined to establish an in-house design team that is motivated and eager to contribute their creative skills and assist the sales team in shaping professional and polished-looking event experiences. This traineeship programme for designers will run for 12 months. A mid-traineeship review will be conducted to determine the suitability of the trainee to continue in the programme.

AS A CREATIVE DESIGNER, YOU WILL:

• Work with design lead to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work for multiple design projects occurring simultaneously.
• Assist in the development and execution of event concepts, ensuring that design elements align with the event objectives and client requirements.
• Create eye-catching event collateral, including event invitations, brochures, signage, banners, and promotional materials.
• Help design and produce PowerPoint presentations, livestream overlays, zoom backgrounds, e-booklets to enhance event experiences.
• Work closely with event management team, to ensure seamless integration of design elements into event execution.
• Liaise with print production suppliers to ensure smooth final delivery of print product (i.e., preparing artwork for final print production, checking print proofs, physical collection of print products)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Must be Singapore Citizen or PR, currently residing in Singapore.
• Completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field in 2023 or expected to graduate in 2024.
• Strong creative skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
• Some proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Applicants that are only proficient in using only Canva and/or Figma will not considered.
• Basic office skills to communicate with event management team (Email, MS Teams, Zoom, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
• As the company’s main clientele is the Singapore government sector, a good command of the English language to understand design subject matter for which you will be designing for.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects is highly desirable, whether from school, community, or personal interest projects.

Job Description & Requirements

As an Junior Game Designer, you will work with the team to create new features, events and content of the game. If you are a passionate individual and a game lover, we will be excited to have you on our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Should be able to work with the other teams on the design and implementation of new game features.
• Efficient in sketching, drawing, layouts, multiple level designing
• Designing the aspects of game mechanics including entertainment, pacing user interface of each game and player communication.
• Use a metrics- driven approach to game design, provide ample and correct references/guidelines in the document for art and development teams.
• Create design documentation and deliverable for projects, including game concepts, in-game messaging, marketing communication, game rules
• Good knowledge of the mobile gaming market and F2P game design.
• Constantly play and research other games for with minimal supervision create and update the games design through Concept Proposals, Game Design Documents, and Functional Specifications.
• Team Player: Ability to communicate, iterate and take design decisions on data and user feedback

Required Experience and Qualification

• Minimum 4 years of Game Designing Experience.
• Minimum 3 years degree or certification in game design.
• Interest and knowledge in Live – Ops and Games.
• Should be skilled at taking data and transforming it into meaningful designs
• Should be up to date with game design literature and best practices to continue contributing to the studio level design expertise.
