Role & Responsibility:

· Conduct research and find gaps in the market, wherein the product could fit

· Developing product design concepts from client requirements

· Confirming product design specifications with clients

· Preparing design specifications through sketches

· Budgeting for product designs with clients

· Setting schedules for project completion with clients and adhering to budgets and schedules

· Troubleshooting any design problems that may arise during the design process needed

· Learn, research, and stay on top of innovation and design trends on a global scale

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sales duties at the showroom, inclusive of promoting loose furniture and interior design services

- Respond and follow up with customers’ queries in a polite and friendly manner

- Engage customers by understanding their expectations and presenting them with design proposals

- Manage the whole project cycle, such as project management, and ensure quality and timely completion of the projects.

- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as logistics, procurement, project teams, and sub-contractors

- Perform admin duties such as sales quotations, orders, reports, and emails

- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills

- Excellent customer service and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

- Basic knowledge of interior design, carpentry, and home furniture will be a plus

- Demonstrate a positive attitude and responsibility

- Preferably with 2 years of relevant SALES experience. Training will be provided for those without experience.

- Willing to work after office hours and on weekends (Both Sat & Sun)

- Willing to work at construction, renovation sites, or non-air-con environment

- Diploma or high school level or equivalent

· Provide creative support for Sales & Marketing and other stakeholders within Mandai Wildlife Group – online, offline & in-park communications and décor

· Supervise, co-ordinate and work closely with production or relevant partners on the execution of creative work to completion

· Using computer manipulation techniques on a wide range of base materials, including photographs, to provide colour correction, image enhancement and as necessary, image creation

· Preparation of final artwork files for production purpose

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Graphic / Communication Design or equivalent.

· At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Design Industry.

Possess strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator on Mac platform and video editing knowledge.
