Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Building Contractors
• Position Title: HR cum Admin Assistant
• Working Location: Mandai Estate
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, including calculating overtime and allowances.
• Handle monthly cash claim submissions.
• Coordinate training course registrations for employees and distribute items such as personal protective equipment (PPE), safety footwear, and company t-shirts, while maintaining precise inventory records.
• Take care of routine office tasks, including answering calls, managing emails, and general paperwork.
• Provide support to office colleagues when necessary.
• Manage office supplies inventory and restock as needed.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
