Senior Office Administrator
Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office to ensure smooth operations and play a critical role in supporting company management, staff, and maintaining a productive office environment. Duties span from handling office resources to supporting human resources and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, such as supplies, equipment, office cleanliness, safety protocols, and space planning, keep good relationships with vendors and ensure everything on time on budget.
- Timely create office/admin management policies as required.
- Organize and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives or senior management as required.
- Act as a point of contact for office staff, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
- Coach junior admin members to ensure high service standards and efficiency.
- Other adhoc tasks assigned by admin leader.

Requirements
- 5-8 years’ experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., MS Office, office management software).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- English speaking and Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Result-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
