Responsibilities:

• Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers, pricing, and preparing tender submissions
• Evaluating price comparison and costing summary
• Performing project administration and documentation, including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, submissions, and preparation of final accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor in building construction projects
• Degree in Engineering-related field
• Able to commit half a day on alternate Saturdays
• Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel
