Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sensory evaluations, along with chemical and microbiological tests, on both products and raw materials.

• Accurately document all necessary information on the provided inspection forms and master list.

• Maintain cleanliness of the two labs and the equipment  Arrange for feeding of the fish in the aquaponics system (both indoor and outdoor), pond at eco-garden
• Stock-take of equipment at least twice a year
• Assist in the inventory taking when the external audit asset team comes by
• Assist teachers in the lab during lab sessions if required
• Assist teachers in innovative learning lab for Science-related activities whenever possible including setting up of projector to play video in canteen during recess time
