JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management and/or Sales & Marketing Management.
• At least 2 years of Managerial level or 1 year of Executive level in Hotel Conference Sales (Sales Centre) experience.
• Strong overall sales skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in meeting room set-ups, audio visual and other support services.
• Understanding of contract management and legalities.
• Understanding of sales strategy and need times as developed by revenue management.
• Understanding and achievement of team.
• Sales systems knowledge.
• Demonstrates great leadership skills.
• Demonstrates customer development and relationship management skills.
• Able to start work within short notice period.

• This position reports to the team lead and requires working with the team
• Responsible in performing day-to-day checking of invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide essential support in the duties performed by invoice processing team
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
• No experience needed, on the job training provided!!
