Job Responsibilities:
- Developing Chinese Enterprise Clients
Develop and execute market expansion strategies and sales plans targeting Chinese enterprise clients to achieve company growth objectives. Identify potential client segments and business opportunities through market research and analysis, actively seeking new business partnerships. Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and events to establish and maintain strong relationships with Chinese enterprise clients, enhancing the company's reputation and visibility in the Singapore market.
- Business Development and Operations Management
Manage the business development and operations of Chinese enterprise clients, including project planning, implementation, and execution, ensuring the achievement of business objectives. Supervise team members' performance and provide guidance and support to foster teamwork and collaboration. Conduct regular business performance evaluations and analyses, proposing improvement suggestions and optimization plans to continuously enhance the company's service level and competitiveness.
- Management of CEO's Personal Investment Portfolio:
Assist the CEO in managing personal investment projects, including stocks, real estate, and other assets. •Conduct investment analysis and risk assessment, providing investment advice and decision support to the CEO. Provide regular investment reports and analyses to help the CEO understand the status and performance of the investment portfolio
- Internal Department Operations and Management:
Coordinate and oversee the operations of various departments within the company, including human resources, finance, and marketing.
