The gynaecological, breast pathology and cytology services have six pathologists responsible for providing a comprehensive clinical service comprising gynaecological and breast surgical pathology, frozen section cover, cytology and multidisciplinary meetings. The role of the successful candidate can be primarily clinical with a component of education or research responsibilities in accordance to the candidate’s preferences and aptitude. Overview

The successful candidate will join Manpower Planning and Analytics Team in NUHS HR COE Division. He/She will leverage on HR automated system/process to develop effective HR programmes and processes to meet the objectives of the organization.

This role includes planning for National University Health System (NUHS) intermediate to long-term manpower needs planning to support development/expansion plans.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

Projects:

• Work with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) committee to analyse and develop manpower planning solution to support new development/expansion Infrastructure plans at Tengah/New Poly/NUH/AH/Community
