- Operational Oversight

• Monitor and analyze emerging risks in the cryptocurrency market, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including  clients, regulators, and auditors.
• Prepare and present reports on risk and operational performance to senior management and the board of directors.

Value Added Services (VAS) is one of three growth strategies for Visa globally, aimed at diversifying Visa’s revenue with products and solutions that differentiate its network and deliver valuable solutions across other networks.

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our newly established GTM and Commercialization team within the VAS organization. This team is dedicated to expanding VAS revenue growth in the Asia Pacific region, by making VAS products easier to buy and sell.

The successful candidate will be based in Singapore, working closely with both Hub and market leaders.

Primary responsibilities:

• Sales Pipeline Tracking and Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring it aligns with our commercial goals. Regularly monitor and manage sales progress and outcomes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize the sales process. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through effective pipeline management.
• Training and Education of VAS Specialist and Generalist sellers: Partner with functional teams to develop and deliver training programs that not only enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams but also instill a deep understanding of our commercial objectives. Equip the team with the necessary tools and strategies to effectively sell our VAS products, thereby contributing to revenue growth.
• Data-Driven Sales Targeting: Create and maintain robust sales models that use data to identify key sales targets within the VAS organization. Your role will involve using these models to drive sales strategies that are aligned with our commercial goals, ultimately contributing to revenue growth.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Provide key insights on product utilization, client demographics, sales trends, and potential growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal functions to drive alignment on commercial goals and strategies. This includes facilitating effective communication and collaboration between teams to ensure a One Visa approach to achieving our commercial objectives.
• Influencing VAS Policies and Procedures: Take a proactive role in influencing VAS policies and procedures to make it easier to sell our products. This will involve understanding the barriers to sales and working to remove these through changes to policies and procedures.
• Commercial Strategy Development: Work closely with the team leader to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies for VAS products.

Responsibilities:

Tasks

• Develop the Porsche retail network strategy in terms of modern luxury, focusing on Porsche Studio, Porsche NOW, Porsche Brand Store and similar boutique-style brand- and retail establishments within the Asia-Pacific region.
• Identify network potentials relating to improvements of existing facilities, new retail formats, and network growth.
• Localise and implement the global corporate architecture guidelines as well as sustainability strategy in coordination with counterparts at headquarters ensuring a brand-adequate and future-proof retail representation across Asia Pacific.
• Guide and support as department/importer key account for the local market, the Porsche Studio Singapore in terms of a best in class retail experience, provide suggestions and support in the further development of customer facing retail establishments.
• With the support of a regional architect, provide consultancy to our regional partners, identifying solutions and defining guardrails for all Porsche retail construction projects in Asia Pacific.
• Manage in collaboration with the Specialist/Manager Retail Development the agency accounts, budgets, and deliverables of all regional retail development projects and support cross-functional pilot projects and initiatives.

• University degree in business administration or other relevant degrees
• Previous working experience in business development, sales, and marketing or related business area preferred
• Experience in premium automotive and/or luxury retail beneficial
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Well-established project management and reporting skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office

NTU Shared Services (NSS) is a centralized unit within Nanyang Technological University (NTU) that provides a wide range of administrative, operational, and support services to various departments and units within the university. Its primary goal is to streamline and optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality services to support NTU's core mission of education and research.

The Assistant Manager, as a member of NTU Shared Services (NSS) IT Team, is responsible for overseeing Service Desk operations, leading initiatives to enhance and optimize Access Control requests to ensure exceptional service delivery. The candidate shall understand service fulfillment process and identify opportunities for improvements through process re-design, automation development or system improvements. While ensuring the smooth operations of Service Desk activities.

The Assistant Manager is also responsible for reviewing and managing IT Service Desk services Service Level Agreements (SLA), working closely with Level 2 support teams to re-design service fulfilment processes, perform issue resolution and suggest improvements to be able to adhere to the set SLA.
