Our client, a family office supporting an international high net worth family. Currently, the team is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their admirable team.

Responsibilities:

• Diary & Schedule Management: Organize and manage the executive's professional and personal calendar, ensuring all meetings and appointments are properly scheduled and prioritized
• Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate business and personal travel, including flight bookings, accommodation and preparing itineraries.
• Correspondence: Handle and manage emails and phone calls and other communications
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing both business related and personal events such as meetings and conferences
• Document Preparation: Prepare reports and presentations and other documents as required.
• Task & Project Coordination: Support the executive in managing ongoing projects and assignments.
• Personal Errands: Assist with personal tasks, including managing household appointments and other personal affairs
• Meeting Support: Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Senior Manager

Requirements:

• At least 3 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently

Job Description

• Handle full/ partial accounts (AP/AR)
• Bookkeeping and data entry
• Processing payment relating to supplier invoices, cheque payment
• Ensure all account codes and cost centre are in order
• Review AR Aging report and investigate on outstanding balances
• Assist with month end closing
• Arrange of monthly statement and reminders to customers
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Professional Certificate/ NITEC, LCCI in Accounting, Diploma or equivalent
• Min 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantage
