Basically, your duties as an Assistant Manager, Advertising are as follows:
· Support the Promotions and Merchandising departments to create effective advertising campaign/s to meet their objectives and ensure that all departments strictly adhere to company’s advertising template
· Co-ordinate with merchandising department and suppliers for all BTL and ATL jobs
· Provide direction to Design House/ Suppliers/ in-house designer for execution of advertising jobs
· Negotiate with supplier on cost-control for each project based on given budget
· Lead and supervise the advertising team on ensuring that all job schedules are met
· Vet and approve all artworks, including supplier’s advertisement run and marketing collaterals to ensure accuracy of print/ information and that supplier adhere to company’s template
· Plan for production and media schedule, work out costing for the whole production campaign
· Explore the right media for store promotions, keeping to cost budget
· Co-ordinate with the appointed photographer on selection of models, hair stylist, make-up artist and fashion stylist to project the right image
· Check and approve the newsprint proofs before ET (Electronic Transmission), artwork and colour proofs for marketing collaterals and store’s posters and signages
· Match the Promotion theme and Display to provide appropriate shopping environment for customers.
· Create new display ideas, develop and monitor the general displays, POP signages and POS materials in the department store and shopping centre. Source for new contractors and compare quotation.
· Recommend improvement for displays to enhance image of the department store.
· Any other job-related duties assigned by the Company or your superior
