Qualifications/Requirementsl

• GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Store Assistant

• Basic knowledge of computer and SAP system is advantages

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing expert personal support to employees and managers across multiple lines of business and country locations.
• Ensure employee inquiries are properly researched and handled in the most complete and professional way.
• Connect with employees by phone and email to explore their needs and determine level of support required.
• Use your exceptional analytical skills to research and resolve complex and sensitive issues.
• Take ownership in the employee experience and contribute directly to the company culture for all employees.
• Obsess over the customer experience in every interaction.
• Document employee inquiries and resolutions accurately and effectively in a customer relationship management system.
• Able to read and write in Korean (TOPIK II Level 5) to efficiently communicate with non-English speaking locals based in Korea, pertaining to their internal HR queries. To provide HR support for non-English speaking colleagues in Korea and answer their queries, which will require use of Korean language.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years related experience in employee support and have good working knowledge of the dependencies between company policies, benefits, payroll and HRIS.
• Or, you bring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service support and a working knowledge of Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant work experience
• Proficiency in spoken Korean (TOPIK II Level 5) to liaise with non-English speaking locals in Korea to answer to their HR queries in Korean language.

• Responsible for team motivating and forging a performance driven team.

• Manpower planning. Ensuring sufficient staffing for Daily Operations (Weekly duty roster & Daily station plan).

• Events management (Staff briefing, preparation and execution of event).

• Assisting in planning beverage and wine menu.

• Responsible for monthly Inventory submission.

• Managing Epoint. Recording and placing new items into POS terminal, Stock Explosion etc.

• Generating monthly reports (Monthly Consolidations, Food, Beverage Sales, Lunch and Dinner Covers etc.)

• Collection of customer feedback.

• Ensuring sufficient stocks for daily operations.

• Responsible for cash bank-in.

• Ensuring parameters of restaurant is clean and proper at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B (Assistant Manager/Manager).

• Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Great leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Service and result oriented, good team player.
