Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Engineering industry. They are looking for a Senior HR Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• HR functions and general admin support
• Process monthly payroll
• Recruitment and Selection
• Follow strict compliance with data protection regulations.
• Adhere to all Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) guidelines, ensuring compliance company requirements.
• Manage employment benefits in a sustainable manner by utilizing government support programs where appropriate, balancing employee expectations with organizational needs.
• Collaboration with Managers address manpower requirements
• Support HR policies and provide training initiatives to enhance skills and workforce development.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sustaining the 5S methodology in daily operations.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HR or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
