The candidate will support the Head of Advancement in driving the Foundation’s fundraising initiatives and work closely with the Communications team to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. This position requires a dynamic individual with experience in fundraising and communications, able to manage multiple projects and build relationships with stakeholders and donors.

Job Responsibilities

Fundraising:

• Assist in the development and execution of fundraising strategies to achieve organisational targets.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with existing donors, sponsors, and partners, while identifying and soliciting new prospects.
• Manage donor databases for communications and outreach efforts.
• Assist in organising fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on fundraising performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and impact statements for donors and stakeholders.

Communications:

• Collaborate with the Communications team to implement effective communication strategies.
• Assist in the creation of content for newsletters, press releases, social media, and website updates.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms.
• Support engagement efforts, including EDM blasts, blog articles and SBF Foundation events.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as web analytics, social media analytics, and campaign results.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in fundraising, communications, or related areas.
• Proven track record in managing fundraising campaigns and donor relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

• Oversee project execution during design, construction and testing and commission works for water and wastewater treatment works or process plant engineering and construction works.
• Lead the technical presentation to Client and Consultant
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Client Site Technical Representative(s), Subcontractors and Suppliers during project execution.
• Process Mechanical Work Design in water and wastewater treatment plants and pumping station and pipeline.
• Prepare and submit Process Mechanical Technical particular to Consultant/Client and following up on technical submission till its approval/acceptance by Consultant/Client.
• Control and monitor process mechanical work progress with Sub Contractors and suppliers on the mechanical technical documentation and physical work deliverables.
• Assist PM on progressive monthly claim and payment response matters with Sub Contractors and Suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental Engineering。
• Experienced Mechanical Engineer with qualifications recognized by the PEB Singapore.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in plant construction fields and preferably in Water and Wastewater Industries in Singapore or in Southeast Asia Region.
• Have experience in water and sewerage pumping station including pipe laying works.
• Good knowledge of Design/Coordination and the Code of Practices and its requirements such as American Standard, British Standard and Singapore Standards.
• Good knowledge of relevant software: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Knowledge of CAD, BIM, and Project Scheduling will be an added advantage.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This position within the Business Risk Management department is responsible to perform the Monitoring & Assurance (M&A) reviews in accordance with the M&A framework with a set of globally aligned methodologies, as well as location specific reviews.

The incumbent will monitor any non-adherence to the existing requirements as set out in the bank’s policies and highlight any potential misconduct and emerging risk to the relevant forum and parties.
