Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Scope:

• Administer HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts of employment and resignations

• Assist in local government grant submission.

• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant local legislation.

• Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and

procedures in a timely and effective manner.

• Handle all work pass (EP, DP and WP) related applications, renewal and cancellations. Assist in work related Visas submission and follow-up.

• Handle and administer compensation and benefits records.

• Contribute to HR projects such as introducing a new induction programme.

• Manage and administer student internship program.

• Manage the leave administration process.

• Handle and manage employees' medical insurance and claims.

• Assist in training and development - incourse registration; maintain training records and database.

• Ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree or Diploma with at least 3- 5 years of relevant HR experiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good administrative, coordinating and follow-up skills
• Able to work accurately, with attention to detail
• Knowledge Of WP/EP/WPEA Online is preferred.
• Team player
