Roles and Responsibilities
1. Administers members’ booking of the Sports facilities.
2. Assists in tabulating scores and coordinates events / tournaments.
3. Basic knowledge of Gym equipment / machines.
4. Cleaning the gym equipment / machines daily.
5. Ensures that the Sports’ outlet counter is clean and tidy at all times.
6. Checks the condition of the equipment.
7. Ensure members comply with the House rules.
8. Conducts regular checks at all the sports facilities to ensure they are in good condition.
9. Ensures all equipment & facilities are well-maintained and reports to Executive if any repair or upgrading is necessary.
10. Ensures that all billing chits are in running order.
11. Ensures that there is enough billing chit paper and printer paper.
12. Assist in Sports / Social Events / Programs.
13. Performs any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department / Executive.
Job Requirements
· GCE ‘O’ Level, preferably with one year of related working experience.
· A team player with positive working attitude.
· Customer-oriented and good initiatives.
· PC literate.
