Leave Management:

Manage employee leave records (sick leave, vacation leave, maternity/paternity leave, etc.).

Coordinate with employees to track their leave balance and update records.

Provide reports on leave trends and assist with planning for absences.

Ensure compliance with statutory leave policies and company guidelines.

HR Generalist Support:

Assist in other HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Help with performance management processes and employee relations.

Prepare HR-related documentation and reports as needed.

Stay updated on HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions.
