Job Description:

• Perform installation, testing & commissioning of CCTV System, Door Access System and Alarm System.
• Installation of CCTV cables, computer network cables and telephone cables.
• Troubleshoot any technical problems and provide support to users.
• Able to provide training and guidance on the systems installed.
• Preparing reports for the management and clients.
• Any adhoc duties when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in security systems.
• Technical knowledge of security systems/equipment such as IDS, CCTVs, access control systems etc
• Meticulous and a good team player.

Job Summary:

Manages incidents and service requests logged for customer site. Has overall responsibility for managing EUC Infra, supports servers & network devices on L1 skill level.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Log & resolve incidents/service request in ITSM tool.
• Deploy hardware & software requirement to meet business IT needs.
• Act as a team player and collaborate with other site team members.
• Act as a central reference for end user issues & site level escalations.
• Have basic knowledge on latest technology to support business.
• Work with HCL offshore teams for any priority incidents and expedite resolution.

Experience Required

• Total 2 to 6 years of experience in this Windows & EUC domain.
• Experience working in Windows enterprise environments.
• Experience in working in diverse and multiple cross functional teams.
• Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.

Qualification

• Any bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge on ITIL concepts.
• Windows 10, SCCM imaging & software deployment, Office 365 & Cisco switches/AP’s (L1).

SUMMARY:

To provide comprehensive service on assigned equipment maintaining high customer satisfaction, accuracy and efficiency and safety. To install, commission and maintain products at user's site. Other duties include preventive maintenance, resolve equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime, training for customers and collaboration with cross-functional teams and project initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• Experience in dealing with plasma products with hands-on tools skills, bevel etch tool
• Min 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to travel extensively
