About the role

Eppen Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant/Accounts Officer to join our team in the Central Region at Tanjung Pagar MRT, this is a full-time role.

What you'll be doing

• Handle partial set of accounts
• Co-ordinate with sales team and banker for documents submission to bank for Accounts Receivables Finance and receipt
• Preparation of schedules when necessary
• Maintain sales documentation shared by sales team
• Support audit process and tax requirements
• Data entry, filing, scanning, documentation work, postage, courier, letter collection, open letter and other office administrative tasks
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects
• Backup roles for other colleagues
• Written, reading and speaking in Mandarin and English is a must (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)

Job scope:

• Perform hands-on prober maintenance including probe card reshaping and pin replacement.

• Setting up learning corners.

• Carrying out routine care duties.

• Organizing and participate in centre events.

• Ensuring the safety and hygiene of children.

• Work closely with other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties.

• Build and maintain close partnership with parents.

• Assist in other ad-hoc duties or initiatives.

Requirements

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)

• Candidates who are currently undergoing HCIC/ACEY are welcome to apply

• Preferably with relevant experience in teaching infant and toddlers.

• Working Day: 5.5Days (9am-6pm ; 9am-2pm)
• Location: Tech Park Cres (Tuas Crescent)
• Salary: $2,200 - $2,500 + OT + AWS

Requirement:

• At least 1 year’s relevant experience
• Required to carry heavy load of up to 20kg

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, receiving, storing, packing/unpacking, loading/unloading of goods/stock/tools.
• Arrangement and store packaging products/ stock items in the proper allocated location.
• To conduct inventory count and to verify stock discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness / good housekeeping in store.
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required.
