Requirements

• Strong degree-level academic qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Compliance experience with familiarity of the relevant AML legal and regulatory requirements such as MAS Notice 626
• Demonstrable understanding of the financial market
• Good knowledge of products/services offered by a bank to clients
• Evidence of drive, curiosity, good judgment and good attention to detail
• Rigorous, well-organized with a structured and logical approach

Job scope and responsibilities

1. To carry out structural and civil works inspection progressively and proactively

2. Able to spot safety infringement or near misses on site and report to safety team on time

3. Experienced in structural steel inspection

4. Must be able to read and interpret structural plans and details

5. Willing to work night shift

6. A team player and possess good technical knowledges in structural concrrete and post-tensioning works

7. Able to draft simple daily reports, progress report and inspection reports.

Requirements:

• Registered RTO with valid certificate issued by BCA/ JAC (IES-ACES)
• Degree/diploma with specialization in a relevant technical field.
• At least 5 years of working experience on site

The job:

• Adhere SOPs in established AR and credit control processes and perform the required data entry
• Adhere to established protocols for processing receipts and handling cash.
• Update email address for E-Invoice and E-SOA
• Upload invoice to portal eg. gov.sg
• Handle billing, collection, and reporting tasks within designated deadlines.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from customers/banker and sales teams.
• Undertake accounts reconciliation of receipts
• Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function
• Monitor and ensure healthy AR ageing report
• Follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Conduct monthly debtor meeting to discuss on the outstanding invoices with sales team
• Review new customer application and creation of account
• To prepare periodic reports and schedules
• Assist in annual Parts Stock take
• Assist in annual audits
• Other ad-hoc task assign

The person:

• Minimum - Diploma in Accountancy
• 2-3 years of general accounting experience. Industry experience in accounts payable and banking advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Attentive to details & accuracy.

1. The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. The RTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.

3. The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.

4. The RTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Power-point and maintaining of proper daily work progress record.
