Working closely with outsource partners, you will act as the first point of contact for employees on any HR & Admin related queries and you will be handling the following responsibilities

HR Function

Recruitment :

• On weekly basis, after verifying the details, assist to approve the leave and claims for the staff. For urgent leave, they will follow up with leave submission and supporting document, if needed
• Work with the outsource HR partners on the Reservist/ Maternity/ Childcare/ Insurance Claims and ensure timely & accurate submissions and processing of monthly claims

Admin Function

• Support general office administration and operations
