Job Title: Executive

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality end to end HR services to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for daily HR operations eg. on-boarding, work passes processing, management of employee data in HRIS, annual performance appraisal, off-boarding etc.

· Manage business units’ recruitment and selection of new hires

· Administer all types of leave and statutory claims

· Coordinate the issuance of email, laptop, door access… etc

· Manage employee outpatient & inpatient medical benefits, insurance claims, work Injury claims & reporting

· Conduct orientation of new hires on staff benefits

· Any other job responsibilities and duties as assigned

Job Requirements

· Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or other related fields

· Possess at least 3 years of experience in HRM

· Well-versed in the Employment Act and other employment regulations and legislation

· Familiarity with TimeSoft System an advantage

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Good command of spoken and written English

· An independent and meticulous worker who is a team player

· Able to work with all levels of employees

• Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
• Full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims with broker, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.)
• Handle on- hand payroll responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll (EPE, WorkDay System, Central Provident Fund (CPF)
• Administer and handle payroll tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate payroll deductions and filings
• Handles administration of leave matters ,medical and staff claims etc.
• Handles work passes related issues such as renewal, cancellation via EPOL
• Manage benefits administration and resolve payroll – related queries from employees
• Manages claims schemes (NS Pay/ Maternity / Paternity / Childcare/Shared Parental leave schemes)
• Review and responsible for performance appraisal systems & reward incentive programs
• Talent Management and Annual Performance Reviews
• Responsible for recruitment, selection, and proper assimilation for retention (Ad hoc basis)
• Manage site-wide communications activities
• Develop, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees’ needs.
• Any other HR projects as assigned

Degree in any discipline

Minimum 10 years HR related experience

Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Good communications skills and Team player

Meticulous and Diligent

Sensitive and discreet in dealing with personal and confidential matters.

Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Good knowledge of Employment Act, and labour legislation
