You will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager and will also be required to work collaboratively with outsourced payroll vendor, HRIS Project Manager and the HR business partners within the assigned business entities.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for monthly payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output, and statutory payments by working closely with local payroll vendor in timely manner, with a high level of accuracy.

Our client is from Construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a HR Executive - Recruitment to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, candidates screening, and interview arrangement.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Organize and oversee training and development programs.
• Handle payroll processing.
• Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes.
• Handle general matters, including updating residential addresses, managing levy waivers, medical check-ups for new hires, etc
• Conduct market surveys for MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA, and other HR-related studies.
• All other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in HR Manager/ Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min 2 years relevant experience.

• Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices

Requirements

• Degree (Human Resource Management, Business Admin)
• Minimum 10 -15 years HR related experience
• Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

HR Management System:

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and performance management. Ensure all processes are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement employee engagement initiatives. Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues. Provide clear and accurate guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Ensure timely and effective resolution of employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations. Ensure that HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance issues.
• Coordinate and participate in campus engagement activities such as career fairs and internship programs. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to attract and recruit top talent.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
• Prior Human Resource Operations experience
