Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistics or any relevant field.
• Min 5 years of sales related working experience.

• Assist in supervising the registration and billing processes

• Follow up on both physicians and patients’ requests

• Monitor clinic patient flows and attend to patients’ needs

• Schedule duty, leave rosters and deployment of staff within the clinic

• Ensure clinic quality matches closely to the Service Standards
