• Perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Process monthly staff petty cash claims, ensuring all invoices and expenses are complete and approved by authorized personnel.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification, data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
• Support other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant administrative or office management certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred, though not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* This is a temporary position, requiring a commitment of 6 months.
