Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• With 1 to 3 years of experience in report generation using Excel, SQL, AWS QuickSight, or other business intelligence and data analytics tools.
• Preferably has contact center experience. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, ideally within a contact center environment.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
