Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Operation Executive located in Sims Ln. Our clients are in providing efficient, cost effective and professional outsourced debt collection services to the esteemed clients. You will be responsible for managing collections, overseeing operations, and handling project management tasks. The role involves implementing service strategies, driving service improvements, and conducting performance reviews to ensure compliance with service level agreements. About The Opportunity

As a Patient Care Ambassador, you will be a key member of our Clinic and Medical Centre, being the face of the Medical Centre, as well as handling administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth operation of our facility.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Operate the clinic CMS (Clinical Management System) for patient registration, data entry, retrieval of medical records, and generate reports based on test results for doctor’s review
• Handle billing and cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing invoices or receipts.

Skills Required:
