Summarized Purpose:

• Provides support to investigator sites, monitors, department, business unit or function through communication of information, training sites and documentation of services pertaining to clinical trials. Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N levels with 1 to 2 years of driving experience
• Possess relevant driving licence (preferred)
• Required to load, move and unload cargo, goods or products, and support replenishment activities

Job Description:

• Managing the school's ICT resources, including inventory and asset management, maintenance of ICT equipment, replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment, and loaning of ICT equipment.
• Updating information on the school website and school portals. • Managing and maintaining non-SSOE equipment and devices, e.g. Chromebooks, MacBooks, Windows laptops, projectors and visualisers.
• Managing and monitoring students' usage of Chromebooks in the school and maintaining whitelist/blacklist via DMA software.
• Providing first-line technical support for students' Chromebook devices and liaising with vendors for repair/collection.
• Providing support for AVA/IT/Live-stream setup during school functions/events.
• Providing ad hoc technical support to staff in the school when necessary.
• Conducting ad hoc IT training for staff and students (when required).
• Conducting stock-taking for all ICT resources (equipment and software) twice yearly.
• Performing any other ICT-related administrative or operational duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above (education certification may be offset with relevant work experience)

Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills

Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team

Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience

Job Responsibilities;

• Be in the Teacher’s Preparation Room and two Kitchens during working hours

• Receiving and checking food orders from the food supplier

• Preparation of ingredients before lessons (portioning out ingredients before culinary lessons)

• Maintenance of the two Kitchens to uphold a high standard of food and kitchen safety

• Checking and maintaining the ingredients, materials, equipment, appliances, utensils and furniture

• Inventory and stock taking of resources e.g. books, equipment, appliances and utensils

• Maintain general tidiness, orderliness and cleanliness of the Preparation Room and two Kitchens

• Assisting the NFS teachers during culinary sessions e.g. ensuring that students observe safety rules, guiding students in preparation skills

• Any other duty assigned by the NFS teachers

Requirement:

• Independent and able to work well with others

• Minimum qualification of PSLE • Able to converse and write in English confidently

• Basic mathematical skills e.g. Able to calculate the amounts of ingredients based on a given recipe for up to eight classes of students

• Basic culinary skills

• Relevant working experience as a Food & Consumer Education (FCE) / Nutrition & Food Science (NFS) kitchen assistant at a secondary school (at least 3 years preferably) would be an advantage
