• Understanding department plan objectives and KPIs

Responsibilities:

• Perform sales activities to achieve sales target, including business development and account management
• Plan and execute sales strategy and meet the company’s sales objectives
• Explore, identify new business opportunities and develop new client accounts
• Build, establish and maintain good rapport with clients
• Handle customer’s order, inquiries, negotiation and closing of sales in an effective and efficient manner

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering field or equivalent
• Min. 3-5 years’ experience in sales of industrial handling heavy equipment
• Familiar with China brand heavy equipment such as Forklifts, Excavators, Drilling Rigs and/or Crawler Cranes
• Possess excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skills
• Possess your own vehicle to travel around client sites

Responsibilities:

• Ensure project deliverables are achieved in accordance to contracts
• Ensure smooth take-over and handover of sites.
• Formulate project plans that effectively allocate the resources required by projects
• Lead, monitor and implement the projects with the assurance that timelines, workmanship, safety and technical aspects are met in accordance to requirements
