· To perform and ensure accuracy in payroll administration for the foreign workers
· To ensure proper updates of employee records and documentation
· To assist in obtaining approval of the Man Year Entitlement (MYE) for sub-contractors
· To assist in obtaining Prior Approval for recruitment of foreign workers
· To update and follow up for all enrolment of Safety Orientation Course (SOC)
· To maintain a tracking records of the worker deployment to site
· To process and follow up on all the foreign worker matters e.g. (Work Permit)
· To ensure proper updates of employee records and documentation. (leave administration, medical, group insurance and training)
· To process and follow up with all workmen compensation insurance claim for the Company and the sub-contractors
· To update all ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 documentation
