About the Team

The Internal Security Risk Management & Governance team is responsible for managing and mitigating information security risks posed within the organisation. To ensure that the company's risk management and governance strategies are up to date and aligned across the organisation, this team is responsible for regular industry benchmarking and working with stakeholders from cross-functional teams to perform regular risk assessments and align risk mitigation strategies. This team is also responsible for managing the optimization, operation, training, and data analysis of the internal threat platform and UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) platform within the company.

Responsibilities

The Internal Security Risk Management & Governance Manager will research industry best practices and technologies, then work with stakeholders from various cross-functional teams to develop strategies to mitigate the potential impact of risk materialisation. Based on formulated strategies, the manager will develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to prevent, detect, and respond to various risks that could impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's systems, data, and other critical assets.

Summary

The Lead System Analyst - Business Intelligence is responsible for providing relevant foresight, drilled down qualitative analysis and forecasts for better decision making of the teams he/she is partnering and closely with colleagues to develop effective solutions for customers using the DW and BI applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• IT Business Partnering – Analytics & Reporting
• Engage with stakeholders in order to understand their business processes, imperatives, constraints and priorities
• Build, develop and maintain automated reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
• Discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities by using advanced analysis techniques
• Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to team members/stakeholders.
• Prepare relevant presentations, reports and analysis to provide foresight to local, regional and global management.
• Understand how the data is generated throughout the systems (when and how / during which processes and activities / data flows)
• Manage the development pipeline for fast solution delivery
• Design, develop and deploy data analytics solutions for company – Data visualization, Data Source & Data model designs
• Communicate developed data analytics solutions to the organization
• Monitor usage patterns and remedial initiatives to entrench usage
• Perform deep data investigation into data incident issues. This is needs a good combination of knowledge of company data & business model, source application systems and data transformation processing
• Case management of data investigation support requests
• Any other duties as requested
• Provide BI expertise and ensure standard quality of BI outputs
• Manage providing system functionality, dashboards and other reporting deliverables from business requirements and to carry out both functional and account management duties

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology or equivalent.
• Solid experience in designing solutions across different business function
• Strong Financial acumen
• Experience in working with Datalake, managing data flows that integrate information from various sources into a common pool implementing data pipelines based on the ETL model.
• Strong Tech lead in Development, problem-solving skills, and algorithms.
• Solid expertise in Data Analytics tools & technologies – Power BI, Tableau, Azure Data warehouse or equivalent, SQL, Python, R-Language, SAP DW.
• Developing end to end data analytic project with Azure Cloud data extraction, modeling to visualization in logistics, warehouse and supply chain management environment
• Strong competency in building complex data marts using SQL and Python; developing end to end data analytic project with modeling to visualization in logistics, warehouse and supply chain management environment
• Min 5 years of experience creating complex reports and dashboards in Power BI, (or similar)
• Experience in interactions with senior management
• Preferred experience in Aviation, Logistics and Transport industry

Business Analyst for new IT system implementation and on-going feature enhancements

Role and Responsibilities:

· Elicit business requirements from external and internal stakeholders via policy and requirement discussion sessions.

· Manage demand from multiple stakeholders and able to control, balance and agree upon a controllable delivery scope.

· Conduct user requirement scoping, and analysis, involving functional, integration, and non-functional requirements.

· Work closely with technical solution teams to assess feasibility, propose solution options and recommendation to address business and operational needs.

· Deliver functional design including workflow analysis, prototypes, business logic flowchart and interface mapping.

· Communicate clearly and concisely with technical design, development, test, and operations support teams on the requirements scope and functional design details to ensure that the final product accurately addresses business needs.

· Provide requirement and functional design clarifications to delivery team members throughout the delivery process.

· Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow and user scenarios.

· Plan and conduct training to end users, and internal support teams as required.

· Support post-production deployment verification for any product feature release.

Requirements:

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems or related discipline.

· Minimum 8 years IT system implementation experience with hands on experience in Software Development Life Cycle

· Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely

· Self-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully, quickly, and independently

· Capacity to perform under pressure to handle difficult situations and issues swiftly

· Ability to build good working relationship at all levels
