RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain treasury infrastructure of the Group and company portfolio including:
  • Develop and maintain treasury infrastructure (bank accounts, TMS, ERP integration)
  • Manage bank relationships and KYC requirements
  • Manage relationship with TMS providers and other external counterparts
  • Actively engage in continue improvement, automation and digitalization of treasury operations

• Oversee and supervise centralized treasury operations including:
  • Payment and receipts processing
  • Financial transactions (such as external loan, internal loan, derivatives) approval and settlements

  • Bank accounts and bank platform management
